Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Digital Pathologist to join our team in handling various aspects of medical data (tissue, cells, etc.), focusing on data annotation and quality assurance. As the demand for the trained medical data continues to grow, we are looking for the right candidate to fulfill client requests and ensure the highest standards of data annotation accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze medical imaging data following project guidelines and specifications to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Meet project deadlines within defined timelines.
- Use advanced data annotation tools (QuPath) to deliver high-quality performance.
- Conduct quality assurance checking of annotated data to maintain high standards.
- Deliver reports on the work performance and provide them in a timely manner.
- Continuously learn and apply new annotation techniques and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize data processing workflows.
- Communicate any issues or challenges during the working process to the Operations Manager in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in radiology data management.
- Participate in client’s meeting and training sessions
Requirements:
- Medical degree in Pathological Anatomy from a Ukrainian medical university
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing pathologist
- English proficiency at B1 level or above — confident conversational skills for working in an international environment
- Excellent organizational skills, oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as leading the data annotation team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
